Panther Club

You must first complete a registration and receive a PIN  before submitting a schedule.


The Panther Club is currently at capacity on Wednesdays and can no longer accept Permanent or Drop In Reservations.

Panther Club Registration

Panther Club registration is now open. The registration fee will be $35.00 per child through midnight on Tues., Aug. 14.  After that date/time, it will increase to $50 per child.  This fee must be paid with a credit card.

The billing period begins on the first of the month and ends on the last day of the same month.  Statements will be mailed or emailed (your preference) within ten days.  If you do not receive your statement within ten days of the end of the billing cycle, call the MSD Accountant, Remi Vranesh (925-377-4111), for a duplicate.  Payments cannot be accepted at the Panther Club or school office. Payments can be made by check, credit card or cash.  For those who choose to have the invoice emailed, there will be a link that allows you to pay online by credit card. Check (payable to MSD) or cash payments must be made or sent to the District Office (1540 School St, Moraga, CA 94556). Payments must be received by the due date to avoid a penalty.  

Drop-in Reservations

Drop-in reservations should be made prior to 9:00 AM, preferably via email.  If you leave a phone message, you must wait for a confirmation.  Confirmations will be done by phone or email.  If you do not receive a confirmation from the Panther Club staff for your email or voice message, do not assume your child has a reservation.

The Early/Late Schedule begins Mon., Sept. 10, 2018.

 Release Policy

­We will no longer be accepting phone calls to release your child earlier or later than your specified time on your Dismissal Instructions.  You should have already received this information by mail if you registered last year.

In order make a change to your child's scheduled release time please notify the club by email at least 30 minutes prior to the new release time at:  Our staff is often busy with your children and may not be able to check the  computer more frequently.

As noted in the Parent Handbook, any student not picked up within 10 minutes after the dismissal bell will be sent to Panther Club. This will result in an automatic charge of $50.  Any child who arrives at Panther Club in the morning without a reservation will be charged from 7:00 am until they are dismissed to class. Also, if you know you will be late and need to send your child to Panther Club, please contact both Panther Club and the school office at least half an hour prior to dismissal so that your child can be notified.

After School Enrichment Panther Club Release Form

Activity Release Forms must be on file with Panther Club for each after school class your child is taking.  No child will be released to an activity unless it is in writing – no exceptions!
