For late registration, follow the directions below to complete the waiver on MTK, and then contact the vendor directly. Contact information can be found on the class flyers.
The After School Enrichment Program (ASEP) is a PTA program run by parent volunteers. It is designed to offer Los Perales students a way to enrich their education. The classes meet at Los Perales school and are offered by outside vendors. Classes will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Overview of Classes
Registration begins August 15
Parents will now register for classes and pay vendors directly. Here's how:
1. Login to Membership Toolkit (MTK) and compete the PTA waiver.
2. Follow the links from MTK to each vendor's flyer for registration and payment information.
NOTE: Students will not be able to attend a class until the waiver is completed regardless of registration and payment.
Registration ends September 13th
All classes and activities are subject to cancellation due to low enrollment. If a class is under or oversubscribed, you will be notified by the vendor and your fee will be refunded.
Panther Club Activity Release Form
If your child is coming to an ASEP class from Panther Club, you must complete a Panther Club Activity Release Form and submit it to Panther. If not, your child will not be released to the ASEP class.
Two Adult Policy & Parent Volunteers
Since ASEP is a PTA-sponsored program, each class requires two adults to be present in the classroom. Some vendors have 2 instructors. For those who do not, a parent volunteer may fulfill this requirement in lieu of tuition. If you want to be a parent volunteer, contact the vendor directly.
